Request deletion of your ILAD account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your ILAD account directly in the app:

  1. Open Profile > Delete Account. This opens the account deletion page in the app.
  2. Review and select the confirmation checkboxes. Read the information on the page and check each required box.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. Enter the keyword DELETE in uppercase in the confirmation field, then submit your deletion request.

Request deletion through support

For IllinoisAdultDriversEd.com (ILAD), provided by CyberActive, Inc., you can also use this form to send your account deletion request to our student support team. You do not need to sign in.

Enter your full name and the email address associated with your ILAD account, then write your message requesting account and data deletion. The subject is already set to “Account Deletion Request.” Do not include your password or payment card details.

Data covered by your request

Your request covers your ILAD account and the personal information associated with it, including your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and other registration information. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is collected and used and how to request its removal.

Include any course activity, progress, or other account information you want removed in your request so support can explain what can be deleted and what must be retained.

Records & retention

As described in our Privacy Policy, ILAD collects information for state regulatory reporting, including information about course performance. Your deletion request should also ask support to identify any registration, course performance, or completion records that must be kept for reporting purposes.

The current Privacy Policy does not specify a deletion processing time or an additional retention period for those records. Contact support for the timeframes that apply to your account.
